1. Choose Your Hardware – The Foundation of Your Strap

Start by selecting the type of strap setup you need:

  • Ratchet Strap Assembly – The complete setup: a ratchet, a short strap sewn to it, and a long strap with a fitting.
  • Captive Strap – Just the long strap (up to 100 feet), with your choice of 12 different fittings.
  • Sub-Assembly – The ratchet plus a sewn-on short strap or an integrated fitting—perfect for custom builds.

Your choice here determines what customization options appear next.

2. Customize Your Captive Strap (If You Selected Ratchet Strap Assembly or Captive Strap)

Now it’s time to configure the long strap:

  • Length – Choose anywhere from up to 100 feet.
  • Fitting – Select from 12 different end fittings to match your setup.
  • Color – Pick from Red, Blue, or Yellow.

If you selected Ratchet Strap Assembly, this is just the first step—your ratchet choice comes next.

3. Choose Your Ratchet Type (If You Selected Ratchet Strap Assembly or Sub-Assembly)

Now, select the ratchet type:

  • Some ratchets come with built-in fittings, meaning you won’t need to add a separate sub-assembly strap.
  • If your ratchet does not have a built-in fitting, you’ll need to configure the sub-assembly strap next.

4. Configure Your Sub-Assembly Strap (If Needed)

If your ratchet does not include a built-in fitting, you’ll need to customize the short strap that attaches to it:

  • Length – Choose between 4 inches and 12 inches.
  • Fitting – Select from 12 different fittings.
